ABOUT Rebuild The Temple

Rebuild The Temple Fitness Ministry in Rochester, NY was founded by 
Sensei Angel Miguel Vazquez, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Karate and former Marine. Our goal is help individuals enhance their Fitness and Lives by Rebuilding themselves - Physically, Mentally and Spiritually! 
We motivate individuals to push to achieve their PERSONAL best, 
not to achieve perfection, but Excellence. 

Feel free to drop in to one of our sessions! (Fee $10.00)

A 1:1 orientation will be part of your sign up process to 
expalin how the regiment works and understand what your personal
fitness goals are.
