Strength, Coordination, Endurance and Flexibility.
Join us in this fun, dynamic, workout that provides a combination of calorie burning and muscle building routines. We practice technique and provide the expertise to help amplify your self defense skills.
We emphasize flexibility training using martial arts flexibility techniques. Our training is fused with YOGA based poses and stances. We will work with you to enhance your FLEXIBILITY at your personal pace and level. Flexibilty helps reduce injury and enhance your overall perfomance.
All sessions begin and end with flexibility training.
